不文明用餐桌次及原因: |
备注:1、文明打“√”。不文明打“×”,并记录桌次号。2、餐桌上筷子和碗盘等数量不得缺少,否则评不文明。3、翅根或排骨吃完后,餐桌上骨盆里应有相应数量的骨头,否则评不文明。4、餐具学生自己不能洗,桌不能抹,否则不得评文明。5、每张餐桌与另外餐桌之间距离除以二,得每张餐桌地面包干区距离,在包干区里,地面饭粒等较多者,相应餐桌不得评文明。6、把自己餐桌上的杂物放到别人桌上,该生餐桌评不文明,如不悔改通报全校点名批评。7、文明桌号数至少占总桌数三分之一,不超过三分之二。 |
