一、 教材及学情分析

本单元话题是问路和指路，侧重语言的实用性。创设真实的情景，让学生操练句型和词汇，学会用英语问路和指路。要提醒学生注意How do I get to…?和How do I go to…?的区别。

在词汇教学方面，教师可以结合之前学过的一些地点词汇park，school，library等， 或拓展介绍museum，supermarket，shopping centre，bus stop，airport, railway station 等词汇，设计教学活动，以便学生更好地完成问路和指路的任务。

二、教学目标

1. Excuse me, how do I get to the bookshop on Moon Street?

打扰一下，我怎么才能到达月亮街上的书店？

2. Go along this street.  Turn left at the traffic lights. 沿着这条街走。在交通灯那边向左转。

3. Get on the bus at Park Station. Get off at City Library Station. 在公园站上车。在市图书馆站下车。

4. You can see the bookshop on your left.   你可以看到书店在你的左边。

5. Yang Ling asks a policeman for help.     杨玲向警察寻找帮助。

6. How do we get to City Cinema? We can go by bus. 我们怎么才能到市电影院？我们可以坐公交去。

辅音字母组合“sh” 无论是在音节之首 或 在音节的尾部，都只有一种读音发清辅音[]

譬如：should 应该；shoulder 肩膀；share 分享； sheep 绵羊

和 在词尾：fish 鱼；wish祝福；wash洗；push推；brush 刷

语法总结：本单元的重点是如何来问路及其回答：

1. 由how引导的特殊疑问句，用于问路，句式为: How do I get to  +目的地？，是问路时常用的表达方式之一，to后接地点名词，如果后面是here, there, home时，不需要加to.

How do I get to the zoo?    You can take a bus.

2. 几种常见的指路用语：

(1) Go/Walk along…street.    沿着……街道走。

(2) Turn left/ right at…station/ stop/ traffic lights.     在……站/ 交通灯处向左/右转。

(3) Get on / off …at…   在……上/下……。

(4) You can take a … to get there.     你可以乘……到达那。

(5) You can see… on your left/ right.    你能在你的左侧/右侧看到……。

(6) It’s next to/ in front of/ near…      它在……旁边/在……前面/在……附近……

这几种可单独使用，也可以结合使用。如：

 Get on the bus at Park Station and get off at Cinema Station, then go along Moon Street, you can see the flower shop on your right.  在公园站上公交车，在影院站下车，然后沿着月亮街走，你能在你的右侧看到那家花店。
